These "everything" almond crackers are delicious, flavorful, and crunchy. You won't even know you are on a low carb diet! Top with a bit of cheese or sausage and you have a great low-carb snack.
Combine 2 cups almond flour with 3 tablespoons Olde Thompson Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Mix in one egg with the flour mixture until the mixture forms a ball.
Roll of the almond cracker dough between two pieces of parchment paper until thin.
Cut in squares or circles.
Place crackers on a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Cool on a wire rack.
Top with your favorite cheese.
